We are Emergent, Canopy & Understory, a young and fresh company with enthusiastic people who want see and lead a positive organizational change from the old Industrial Era mindset of “let’s try to get everything out of our people to the bone” to a 21st Century Organization, where people are motivated to work, are engaging with the organization and each others, and can create something extraordinary together. What we would like to see more is flourishing ecosystems.
The workplace has a major role in our lives. Why is it often something awful, when it could be something positive? We want to keep this blog around the idea of what defines a successful 21st century organization, team, employee or employer? Is an organization really a successful one if the people there aren’t feeling well? What should be done, by whom, and is for example technology really the greatest answer to fix it all?
